Our Return Philosophy

We understand that discerning collectors and professionals demand perfection. If your item arrives in anything less than pristine condition or doesn’t meet your exacting standards, we’ll make it right with the efficiency of a tactical knife deployment.

Eligibility

To qualify for return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase required

Important Restrictions

For safety and legal compliance, the following cannot be returned:

  • Customized or engraved items (including personalized gentleman’s knives)
  • Opened multi-tools (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Special order items (including certain Japanese imports)
  • Any knife that shows signs of use or sharpening

Return Process

Step 1: Authorization

Contact our customer service at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) for return
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)

Step 2: Packaging

Pack items securely in original packaging, including all protective sheaths for hunting knives or EDC blades. We recommend using the same protective measures we employ when shipping our Damascus steel products.

Note: Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once received and inspected (typically within 3 business days):

  • Refund method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after approval
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges of equal value, we’ll ship your replacement immediately upon return approval. For higher-value items (like collector’s Laguiole knives), price differences must be settled first.

International Returns

For our global clientele (excluding restricted regions):

  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Include all original documentation
  • Allow 3-5 weeks for international returns to be processed

Damaged or Defective Items

Should your bushcraft knife or tactical gear arrive damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange expedited replacement with the urgency of a military operation.
