While we strive for precision, slight variations in handmade items (especially Laguiole knives and Damascus steel products) may occur.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging
• Non-returnable items: customized/engraved products, opened multi-tools, special orders

Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the error is ours.

5.3 Refunds

Processed within 5-7 business days after return inspection. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
